2-3 eggs
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Filling options: cheese, chopped vegetables, or cooked meat
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
Melt butter or heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour the eggs into the pan. Let them cook for 1-2 minutes without stirring, until the edges start to set.
Once the eggs are mostly set, add your desired fillings on one half of the omelette.
Carefully fold the omelette in half, cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts (if using), then slide it onto a plate and serve.
