Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of mixed salad greens (Romaine, Spinach, or Arugula)
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup dressing of your choice

Instructions

  1. On a large platter or individual plates, layer the salad greens.
  2. Arrange the chopped chicken, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese in rows or sections on top of the greens.
  3. Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
  4. Serve the Cobb Salad immediately, or toss everything together before serving if you prefer.
