Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, ang sugar.
Stir in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough on the parchment paper and press it out with your hands (use oiled or floured hands) into a round or rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Pre-bake the crust for 10–12 minutes until it firms up and starts to get lightly golden.
Spread on the sauce, add cheese and your choice of toppings.
Bake again for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
